more options and styles for industrial looking shelving i like the way industrial envy have designed this with a similar design as the old 1960's/1970's ladderax rather than four legs at the base there are only two and the rest is then fixed to the wall further up the unit. The industrial envy music station shelving is great as it is neat and takes up a small amount of wall space. For those of you that need to cover a large wall, try and invest in an original 1970's ladderax system as seen on www.chairsandskyscrapers.com The beauty of these is that you can choose where you want the shelves and cupboards, its completely your design

The Tam Tam

So this is the Tam Tam found in one of my favourite high street interior shops. I found an article on these written back in 2010 and published in the Independent. The article gives you an insight on where the design originates from and I think most people can probably guess that it was the 1960's era.

i have 2 White ones and this great Yellow one. I have one that i use as a stool at my desk and the other used as a perfect height for the kids drum kit and the Yellow one adds colour to the living room with a lovely big house plant on top.

They can be a really versatile piece of furniture and they come in 7 colours. So when they first appeared in Habitat in 2002 they cost £12 and 14 years later they are still selling them at a cost of £18 still a great price and even better the Black or White ones are currently reduced by 10% making them only £15.

A great buy for something that can be used pretty much any where in your home and even the garden. http://www.habitat.co.uk/catalogsearch/result?q=tam+tam
