Exciting news with an Exciting new addition
Offering you more for your home at
Atom Interior Styling
I am extremely excited about some beautiful products that are on their way to me. I love offering my readers, clients and potential customers brands that I love myself and are proud to represent on my website. Two brands that I am currently working with are what I call the first stages of your interior styling journey for your home or even business, the products I am now going to start offering are the finishing touches. One of my favourites parts of an Interior Styling job.
My goal is to be a one stop online shop for all your interior needs including myself and yes my Interior Styling service is also online as well as in person.
The brand I am working with is Nkuku, some of you may have already seen them. If your anything like me and love buying your interior magazines Nkuku has become a friendly face within Living Etc for a while now.
The three main brands that I sell all have a variety of things in common lets start with……..
Toxin Free - Smell Free -Pet safe - Child safe
All of the wallpapers are printed on a non woven paper reinforced with nylon fibres that create no VOC (Volatile organic compound) in room temperature. They are printed with all natural non-toxic colour compounds that produce no VOC and the paste is made from modified potato starch that is also non-toxic. You can read more of their sustainable work here
Ethical Values - Eco Friendly - Handmade
Nkuku are renowned for building a strong business relationship with their suppliers, who are independent businesses, social projects and co - operatives. So that everyone gains the success of the products. Regularly visiting their suppliers whether it be India or Africa, to support and answer any questions. Allowing long lead times so no pressure is added on production so capacity is not exceeded. Adhering to the standard globally recognised 10 principles of fair trade. However managing their own principles alongside. This is what makes a real difference. Working with the suppliers at the very beginning of their fair trade process and investing in them to help them achieve the ethical journey. Helping the artisans build a future and creating sustainable employment.
Working with natural and recycled material through sustainable methods. Air freight is kept to a minimum and the packaging is reviewed regularly. Constantly evaluating the processes and looking at ways to improve. Many of the products handmade from recycled materials. Gathering waste leftover from other industries, these include Cotton from discarded t shirts , leather , metals , and glass. Which then allows the beautifully made products to have less impact on the world.
